How the estimate works

Your budget covers funding and trading fees. Percentage fees apply to the credited or traded amount. We divide the remaining trade amount by the reference price plus your markup, round down to whole satoshis, then subtract any known BTC withdrawal fee. Costs include the modeled markup and rounding.

Published estimates use the first taker-fee tier. Maker fees, promotions and volume discounts are excluded. Card checkout pricing needs its own quote.

Country and funding filters cover the reviewed routes only. Account verification, bank eligibility and provider restrictions still apply.

A few quick answers

Does this show the cheapest Bitcoin exchange?

It compares the fees we have reviewed using one reference price. Live quotes, liquidity and account-specific fees can differ, so it does not establish the cheapest exchange.

Why is a withdrawal fee sometimes missing?

Some exchanges show the final fee only in your account. An unknown fee is not treated as zero. Enter the current BTC withdrawal fee to estimate the amount arriving in your wallet.

Can I use this calculator for card purchases or another exchange?

Yes. Choose your currency and enter the funding fee, trading fee, price markup and withdrawal fee from your quote in the custom estimate. Include your bank’s charges in the funding fee.
